			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This post is more about your financial health then the health of your body.  However, it is easier to have physical health when you have financial health.  So here goes.</p>
<p>This post is about what I call the &#8220;Guro Club&#8221;.</p>
<p>What is the Guru Club?  It’s my name for the internet marketers who market themselves as gurus.  They are the ones that have 50,000 or so names on their list and  almost every day they send out a new email promoting the latest “hot” must have product.</p>
<p>I know of at least a dozen of them.  Every day I receive emails from at least ten of them, all trying to sell me some Click Bank product.</p>
<p>You can always tell when a new product is launched, as you will see the exact same subject line on several emails in a row, each containing the exact same message (except for the affiliate link).</p>
<p>I bought many of these products and not one lived up to what the promise in the sales page said.  For instance, one promised a super duper traffic tool that would take on seven clicks and you would have more traffic then you could handle.  It was really nothing more then an article submission software.</p>
<p>It is a guru club because each of these so called gurus continually promote each others products.</p>
<p>The sales letters are all made from the same template.  It includes a rag to riches story, screen shots of their Click Bank accounts, testimonials, a list of what the products is not (mlm, ppc, etc), several paragraphs telling you why you will completely fail unless you have this wonderful product, and very little information on what the product actually is.</p>
<p>Once you buy it, thinking you just bought everything you need, you are hit with anywhere from two to six one time offers (OTO).  If the product was everything you need why should you need an upgrade or add on?</p>
<p>I don’t know about you, but I am sick and tired of the Guru Club and their tricks that are designed to empty you wallet as fast as possible.</p>
<p>Can you compete with these guys?  Perhaps, however it is not easy.  One problem is they have a huge list and we do not.  Another problem is they can offer a huge bonus, usually from some of their older products that have stopped selling.  I have seen bonus offers of $7,000.  That’s hard to compete with.</p>
<p>What are our alternatives?</p>
<p>One alternative is to do CPA offers instead of affiliate offers (especially from Click Bank).  With many of the CPA offers you are giving away something instead of trying to sell something.  This can be easier.</p>
<p>But a problem with both affiliate and CPA is that you have to work for every sale.  </p>
<p>What if you could offer CPA programs and build a residual income at the same time?  What if you could own and also give away stores that were full of CPA offers?  And what if you made residual income from the stores you gave away plus shared in several company infinity pools?  And what if you could build your own list at the same time?</p>

internal stress to an external object. No, this does not mean slashing a tire<br />
or kicking a dog, though given what follows, those actions may seem rather tame<br />
in comparison! We will take a look at ten ways you can relieve yourself<br />
through physical actions.</p>
<p>The first method is usually what comes to mind when most people think of<br />
actions designed to relieve stress: squeezing the life out of a stress ball. A<br />
tennis ball can substitute for a stress ball. You could also use one of those<br />
grip strengtheners available from fitness outlets.</p>
<p>The second method is for those who do not want to pull any punches: hammering<br />
and pounding a boxing bag, externalizing your stress in the dead weight that<br />
hangs before you. This is not only an effective form of stress relief; it is<br />
also an effective form of aerobic exercise. It is ironic that stress may have<br />
some health value for you after all!</p>
<p>The third method is guaranteed to send a shock through your system and displace<br />
stress in the process: sprinting as hard as you can for as long as you can. If<br />
you are brave, you may decide to sprint up a hill or some other steep incline.<br />
This kind of intense burst of activity will produce endorphins in your body,<br />
the natural anti-stress drugs.</p>
<p>The fourth method comes from the cult comedy movie Office Space: totally<br />
trashing a piece of technology! This is a good one for those of you who have to<br />
contend with the annoying quirks and irritating foibles of modern technology.<br />
In the movie, the characters trash an office printer/copier that has been the<br />
source of untold grief. So if you feel like expressing your primal side, grab a<br />
baseball bat and reduce a piece of technology to a metal-and-silicon scrap<br />
heap!</p>
<p>The fifth method is a classic one for those annoying bosses and other risks to<br />
your sanity: the good ol&#8217; dartboard. Pin the visage of your nemesis on the<br />
dartboard and puncture that smug expression!</p>
<p>The sixth method may not be to the political tastes of everyone: visiting the<br />
local shooting range. There is something psychologically disarming about firing<br />
a gun, something that leaves you feeling pretty mellow after the act. If<br />
wielding a gun is not to your liking, or if you do not know of a local shooting<br />
range, consider an excellent substitute: paintball skirmish. It is almost<br />
impossible to jump into action with a paintball gun, go wild, have laughs, and<br />
still remain stressed out in the end.</p>
<p>The seventh method is for the couch potato: a shoot-&#8217;em-up video game or<br />
something else full of action and daring adventure. Although it would be better<br />
for you to get outside and do something more active, playing a video game at<br />
least lets you relieve yourself vicariously through the victories of your game<br />
characters.</p>
<p>The eighth method is a good one if you have a circus or fair in town or<br />
something similar: bumper cars. It is probably the closest thing to<br />
Fast-and-the-Furious car action that you can legally get away with doing!</p>
<p>The ninth method is for all you motorcyclists out there: turning your nearest<br />
rural road into your own personal racetrack. The wind blowing in your face<br />
seems to have both a literal and figurative cooling effect.</p>
<p>The tenth and final method requires nerves of steel: treating yourself to the<br />
skydiving or bungee experience. Often a great way of dealing with stress is<br />
getting back in touch with your fear-based survival instincts and your will to<br />
live.</p>

<p>There are many girls who are called “tomboys”. They frequently exhibit some of the important features off ADD, like being more involved in physical activities, but not as reckless as the boys themselves. As a result teachers and parents jump to the conclusion that the child has no interest in academics and is basically not organized, but the possibility of ADD is seldom considered.</p>
<p>Besides the “tomboy” types, the “chatty” girls could also be suffering from ADD, but remaining undiagnosed. This is a fusion of over-activity and inattentiveness, and is usually touted as socially extrovert. These girls are extremely talkative than being physically active and cannot stop talking even if they are strictly warned. They also cannot tell stories comprehensively and will stray from their thoughts because of ADD.</p>
<p>Those whom we call as “daydreamers” could also be suffering from ADD. They do not draw any attention to themselves and are very quite in nature. However, their too much being into themselves and not giving any attention to the class is another form of ADD, contrary to the “chatty” girls. They may show anxiety and depression when given school projects, but cannot finish the projects because of their lack of staying power. This generally goes undiagnosed because the child is thought to be lazy and, parents and teachers fail to identify the disorder in time.</p>
<p>What is fascinating is that many girls with ADD have quite a high rate of IQ and could be called “gifted”. When a child has a high IQ there are no problems in school work, but their lack loopholes get reflected as they mature into adults. Keep in mind that ADD is not a learning disorder, and patients do not inevitably are poor performers in school. Till high school they can be quite well off, but with mounting pressure and assignments symptoms may become more and more evident.</p>
<p>When undiagnosed, Attention Deficit Disorder may cause a lot of harm to an individual. Children will be called unorganized, lacking intelligence and lazy, when in truth, they might be silent sufferers of ADD. They will have very low esteem of themselves, and believe themselves to be quitters or stupid because of their problems. It is crucial that the problem is identifies and treated before it becomes too late and any long-term damage is done.</p>
<p>However, there is another opinion to think about.  Perhaps these children are simply normal children.  We had five children, and no two of them were alike.  One of the boys was a day dreamer.  One of the girls was a tomboy and another chatty.  They all them graduated from college and grew up to be normal adults.  Perhaps we should not be too hasty in putting a ;abel on a normal child that does not fit or act like somebody thinks a normal child should.</p>

<p>First and foremost, regular exercise is conducive to good sleep, among many<br />
other health benefits. A thirty-minute walk or jog, a swim, a bike ride, or<br />
some other form of aerobic exercise that gets your heart rate up is one of the<br />
best ways available for ensuring that you get to sleep easily and stay asleep.<br />
It is important to bear in mind, however, that exercising around your bedtime<br />
is counterproductive, since this provides an energy burst that will serve to<br />
keep you awake.</p>
<p>Caffeine and sugar are big no-nos when it comes to sleep. These are chemical<br />
stimulants that will act on your nervous system and leave you staring wide-eyed<br />
at the ceiling for hours on end. Nicotine is another stimulant, so smoking a<br />
cigarette before bed should also be avoided. You may have heard that alcohol is<br />
a depressant, and you may therefore think that alcohol before sleep is harmless<br />
at worst or quite helpful at best, but you would be wrong. Although alcohol may<br />
indeed make you drift off to sleep faster, you are bound to suffer from a night<br />
of sleep characterized by twisting, turning, sweating, toilet breaks, and<br />
overall poor sleep. Eating a heavy meal within a couple of hours before bed<br />
will make it hard to enjoy quality rest. On the other hand, going to bed on an<br />
empty stomach may cause you to experience hunger pains throughout the night.<br />
Your childhood glass of warm milk with light snack is a timeless sleeping<br />

<p>If you like the occasional afternoon nap, be aware that, depending on your<br />
body, this may make it difficult for you to fall asleep at your proper time.<br />
Consider substituting a brisk walk for a nap.</p>
<p>Take control of your sensory stimuli. For hearing, if there is too much ambient<br />
noise in your area, consider purchasing a set of soundproof headphones. For<br />
sight, if too much light is making it hard to sleep or waking you too early in<br />
the morning, consider purchasing an eye mask, the type people wear on<br />
airplanes. For feeling, ensure your room maintains a comfortable temperature,<br />
neither too hot nor too cold. And leave the door or window open so that you<br />
are getting adequate ventilation.</p>
<p>Discover ways to slow your body and mind down in preparation for sleep. Ensure<br />
that you have taken care of all the nagging problems of the day that you can.<br />
Perhaps listen to some classical or New Age music. Read a book that does not<br />
require too much mental strain. Have a warm bath with essential oils. Do some<br />
yoga or Pilates. Meditate. Imagine peaceful scenes. Do what works for you.</p>
<p>Do not spend your time looking at the clock, counting the hours, and causing<br />
yourself additional anxiety and stress. Each time you look at the clock may add<br />
half an hour to the time it takes you to fall asleep.</p>
<p>Invest in a good mattress and pillow. There are too many considerations in this<br />
regard to discuss here, so your best bet is to seek advice from a knowledgeable<br />
friend or relative or discuss your options with a salesperson you can trust.</p>
<p>As a last resort, many insomniacs resort to sleeping pills. Nothing is stopping<br />
you from this approach if you feel you need it, but before you start taking<br />
sleeping pills, see whether a natural herbal remedy such as Valerian offers<br />
relief.</p>
<p>Finally, keep in mind that the old guideline about eight hours of sleep every<br />
night is only that, a guideline. You yourself can tell the difference between<br />
five hours of deep sleep and eight hours of light sleep. Listen to your body<br />

There are many different types of foods that can cause allergic symptoms, and these symptoms can range from very mild to severe, and even life-threatening in some cases. One of the top eight foods that can cause these types of allergies is wheat, which is an ingredient that is found in many of the foods that we eat today. Wheat allergies, like other food allergies, are most commonly seen in children and are often outgrown. However, some adults can develop wheat allergies as well.</p>
<p><strong>Symptoms</strong></p>
<p>The symptoms of wheat allergies can occur anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours after eating a wheat product. These signs can range from mild to severe. In more serious cases, immediate medical care may be required, since anaphylaxis (severe allergy symptoms) is a life threatening condition.  Wheat allergy symptoms can include nasal congestion, airway inflammation and swelling, hives or other skin irritation, or gastrointestinal problems. More severe symptoms might also be airway constriction, rapid pulse, dizziness and shock. These are the symptoms that will require immediate medical care because they can become life threatening very quickly.</p>
<p><strong>Treatment</strong></p>
<p>Treatment of wheat allergies will primarily include avoidance of wheat products once you have had an allergic reaction that can be attributed to wheat. Since wheat allergies can become more severe as you experience more reactions, it is important to see your doctor even if you’ve had a mild allergic reaction to wheat. Your doctor can test you to see if wheat was indeed the culprit of your allergies through a variety of methods. Once a wheat allergy is diagnosed, it will be up to you to ensure that you avoid all wheat products in the future. Fortunately, this has become easier in the United States since food manufacturers have been required to list wheat ingredients on their package labels.</p>
<p>If you have had a severe reaction with a wheat allergy, your doctor may advise you to carry an emergency treatment with you called an EpiPen. This is an injection that can be given if you are exposed to wheat, since it can be difficult to avoid this substance altogether. You may also wear a bracelet so that those around you will also know that you have a wheat allergy. For most wheat allergy sufferers, it is sufficient to try to avoid wheat products as much as possible, and to take an antihistamine if wheat exposure inadvertently occurs. And keep in mind that wheat allergies occur most often in children, and are often outgrown.</p>

Stress, when not managed properly, can lead to all kinds of health problems, primary of which is heart problems. This is especially true with people who have had family history of heart problems.</p>
<p>Stress management is however really easy to do when you make an effort. In fact, if you keep in mind to prevent it from happening, you can actually live a stress-free life or at the very least be able to cope with it easily. After all, dealing with stress is stressful in itself.</p>
<p>Below are some tips to help manage the stress. You don’t actually have to go to elaborate ways to release the stress. You can get rid of it by preventing its occurrence in the first place. Read on and you might just keep those wrinkles from showing up.</p>
<p>1. Keep it organized<br />
Stress is so usual these days that it’s already expected. So it’s better that you prepare yourself for the big ones and let go of the smaller, insignificant pests. You can only do this if you keep your life organized. You may not know it but simply looking for your misplaced pen in the office can already put you in a lot of stress, not to mention, cause you to lose your concentration. Don’t let that happen to you. Keeping your things organized will make you more prepared to deal with the bigger ones.</p>
<p>2. Start early<br />
It is not true that creative juices only come out in cramming times. It only comes out during those times because we are forced to think. And with enough willpower, we can certainly think of creative concepts without stressing ourselves for lack of time. Starting early will also mean that you don’t have to hurry when you are working on the project. You can take your time and really think about what you are going to do to it. This will not only prevent you from getting stressed out but also allow you to make a great creative work.</p>
<p>3. Live healthy<br />
Stress levels will rarely affect you when you are prepared for it, health-wise. You see, when your body is healthy and is full of energy, you are more or less protected from the effects of stress such as lowering of energy levels, nervous breakdown and sometimes, even heart disease. This can only be done by living healthy through eating the right kinds of food and having the requisite sleep each day.</p>
<p>4. Take the time off.<br />
If you feel that you are already nearing your breaking point, don’t be a martyr. Take a break. This will do you a lot of good as it will help you recharge and de-stress yourself. If you are too busy, don’t postpone it. Doing so will only make the stress fester inside until you become too stressed out to even be productive.</p>
<p>This is the reason why employers give vacation leave so that people can take a full day of rest or a couple of days of rest to regain their former energy levels and creative selves.</p>

<p>So, you now ask, how would you know if your hotel have bed bugs? What are the signs and symptoms of bed bugs infestation? If your hotel has bed bugs, what should you do so that your home won&#8217;t be infested when you get home?</p>
<p>Here are the common signs and symptoms of bed bugs infestation:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</p>
<p>* Bed Bug Rash</p>
<p>The first sign is itch. Bed bug rash starts with an itch but the rash won&#8217;t be visible yet when you feel the itch.</p>
<p>Bed bug bites are more itchy than mosquito bites. With mosquito bites you will feel its sting and sucking of blood while it is up to it. But with bed bugs, the itch will only be felt an hour after the skin has been bitten.  This is because of the anesthetics in bed bug&#8217;s saliva. Bed bugs inject anesthetics and anticoagulant, to avoid blood clotting, before it will suck blood from your skin.</p>
<p>Bed bug rash will appear an hour after you were pierced.  But to some people, the bed bug rash appear only after some days or week from being bitten. This depends upon the body&#8217;s reaction to chemicals being secreted by bed bugs.</p>
<p>How does a bed bug rash look like? Bed bug rash starts with a single, small, red (from being inflamed) round, bump which look more swollen than mosquito rash. Bed bug rash when it becomes visible, may just be a single, swollen bump. Days after, the bed bug rash will multiply. This only means that the other bed bugs are biting you. But for some people, bed bug rash look like an in-line bite marks. This kind of bed bug rash are seen on people who moves a lot when asleep. Bed bugs return fast to their hiding place once they have noticed any movement around them.</p>
<p>When you have a rash that you suspect as a bed bug rash, observe it for some days. Bed bug rash are itchy even after days that the bed bug rash appears.  Also, bed bug rash does not heal as fast as mosquito bite marks. It stays swollen for weeks.</p>
<p>* Bed Bug Odor</p>
<p>Next sign to look for after the bed bug rash appears is the bed bug odor. How does bed bug odor smells like?</p>
<p>Hotel with heavy bed bug infestation has this offensive, sweet-like, musty odor that bed bug releases. You may search for this odor under the mattresses and headboard. If your hotel has a wooden chair or a sofa with crevices, smell them too for a bed bug odor.</p>
<p>Hotels with minimal or light infestation, the bed bug odor is not easily detectable.</p>
<p>* How to avoid infesting your house with hotel bed bugs</p>
<p>The night before you check out, remove every item from your suitcase. Bed bugs are effective hitchhikers. They can survive for years without food and if they hitched in your luggage, they can start an infestation in your home.</p>
<p>Check your wooden items with bed bugs. Bed bugs like wooden items, cloth and paper. These are the material in which they create their habitat.</p>
<p>Spray on a water based insect killer around your suitcase. Shake off your clothes for any bed bugs. Wipe your bath tub dry and put your items and clothings in there. Bed bugs won&#8217;t stay on tub crevices since a tub is made of ceramic or marbles and it usually gets wet.</p>
<p>For your used clothing, have it washed before you leave for home. Remember, this is not a simple matter. Once your bedroom has been infested with bed bugs, it will spread fast to neighboring rooms. Getting rid of bed bugs is a very tough job. You even need to throw away your bed and sofa to wipe your house clean from any trace of bed bugs.</p>

tend to arise online.</p>
<p>If you believe yourself to be one of the reasons that anger-management classes<br />
exist, it is vital to your success that you work on gaining control of your<br />
temper. Being able to defuse a tense situation with other people will eliminate<br />
plenty of needless stress and wasted time. Anger clouds judgment and leads you<br />
to say and do things that you may later regret, not only as a result of shame<br />
and guilt but also as a result of lost productivity and profits.</p>
